ARETÈ FUTBOL, only as prescribed to the specific stipulations referenced within its Refund Policy, will refund fees. Where no stipulations are specified, a refund will not be available.
REFUND REQUSTS:

ABUSE:
ARETÈ FUTBOL does not tolerate adult behavior that is threatening or abusive. This includes words, gestures, or actions. Such behavior is subject to immediate removal from any and all ARETÈ FUTBOL programs without a refund.
RETURNED CHECKS:
In the limited circumstances where payment by check is available, Returned Check fee of $45 will be charged.
GENERAL PLAYERS
MONTHLY GROUP & INDIVIDUAL TRAINING:
ARETÈ FUTBOL does not refund nor prorate fees for Monthly Group Training or Monthly Individual Training, which is offered as monthly subscription service that is automatically charged each month to the debit card or credit card the registrant at registration. Any players seeking to cancel the monthly service may do so by visiting the web page referenced immediately below:
CAMPS & CLINICS:
ARETÈ FUTBOL will refund Camp or Clinic Registration Fees according to the following stipulations:
- 75% REFUND – Available up to 30 days prior to the scheduled Camp or Clinic start date.
- 50% REFUND – Available up to 15 days prior to the scheduled Camp or Clinic start date.
- NO REFUND – No refund is available within 15 days prior to the scheduled Camp or Clinic start date.
CANCELLATIONS: A Camp or Clinic canceled due to inclement weather, natural disaster, environmental or man-made disaster, or other unforeseen catastrophic circumstance will not be refunded. However, at its desecration per each situation concerning the specific event, ARETÈ FUTBOL reserves the right to reschedule the event or provide registrants with vouchers good for the use toward similar specified events of equal or lesser value.
TOURNAMENTS:
ACCEPTANCE: ARETÈ FUTBOL will notify teams of acceptance to the tournament within 30 days of the scheduled start date. Any team not accepted will receive a full refund within 7 days of notification.
WITHDRAWS: Any team that withdraws from a tournament must do so up to 30 days prior to the schedule start date to receive a 50% refund. Any team that withdraws from a tournament within 30 days prior to the scheduled start date will not receive a refund. Any team that registers within 30 days of the scheduled start date will not receive a refund.
CANCELLATION: A Tournament canceled due to inclement weather, natural disaster, environmental or man-made disaster, or other unforeseen catastrophic circumstance will not be refunded. However, at its desecration, ARETÈ FUTBOL reserves the right to reschedule the Tournament, provide teams with vouchers good for the use toward similar specified events of equal or lesser value, or refund each team will receive a 50% refund.
LEAGUE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS:
A 50% refund is available up to 30 days prior the scheduled League start date. The start date begins with the first scheduled day of League training. Any player who registers after the registration deadline will be placed on the wait list; any player on the wait list who is not placed on a team will receive a full refund.
COMPETITIVE CLUB PLAYERS
ANNUAL CLUB REGISTRATION FEE:
ARETÈ FUTBOL emphatically commits to the success of its Athletes. And just as the ARETÈ FUTBOL Alliance that consists of its teams, coaches, staff, sponsors, donors, and partners, ARETÈ FUTBOL Athletes are expected to exhibit the same commitment, when accepting a roster position. As such, the Annual Club Registration Fee is non-refundable.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: Situations that concern special circumstances, such as a season-ending injury or a change of residence of over 25-miles beyond the residence noted at time of registration (requires documentation), may qualify for a partial refund at the sole discretion of designated staff. In such circumstances where the club approves a refund of the Annual Club Registration Fee, partial refunds may be available as follows:
- 40% REFUND – If request received before July 1.
- 20% REFUND – If request received after July 1 and before August 1st
- NO REFUND – If request received on or after August 1 or the associated league roster freeze date, whichever is sooner.
MONTHLY TEAM FEES:

GEAR / EQUIPMENT / APPAREL / UNIFORMS:
Unless otherwise noted, no refunds are available for the purchase of gear, equipment, apparel, uniforms, or other items purchased from ARETÈ FUTBOL, either online or in person.
- UNIFORM / KIT BUY BACK: At its sole discretion and for the benefit of the club and its players, ARETÈ FUTBOL may elect to purchase unused ARETÈ FUTBOL Competitive Club Player Uniforms or Kit Items that are in very good or unused condition. In such cases, the buy back price will be at a reduction of the retail cost and available for purchase by other players at or near the buy back price, depending on any modifications that may be required.
- UNIFORM DONATION: ARETÈ FUTBOL Competitive Club Player Uniforms or Kit Items that are donated will be made available to those on a waiting list for such item or on a first come, first served basis to all club players.
