NO RECRUITMENT ZONE:
AFA Camps and AFA Weekly Training are No Recruitment Zones. This means our coaches and staff will not initiate contact of a parent or child in an effort to recruit the player to one of our teams. We seek to maintain a high level of professionalism, trust, and loyalty to the players, parents, families, and communities we serve. And that trust is among the many extraordinary reasons why players from many clubs and leagues enthusiastically attend AFA Camps and AFA Weekly Training. Moreover, this is the reason why so many coaches and directors of clubs and leagues highly recommend and encourage their players to attend AFA Camps and AFA Weekly Training. We greatly appreciate that trust and remain loyal to that code.
Now, if a player or parent initiates an inquiry regarding the prospect of joining one of our AFA Teams, we have a protocol in place to ensure a high level of trust, integrity, and confidentiality is maintained with all parties involved.
